Helium Balloons Delivery
1. We strongly recommend to schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition.
Helium Balloons floating time:
12inch Latex Helium Balloons ~ approximately 6 hours
36inch Latex Helium Balloons ~ approximately 16 hours
18inch - 40inch Foil Helium ~approximately 24 hours or more
24inch Crystal Balloon ~ approximately 24hours - 3days
2. We will delivery at the timeslot selected. However due to unforeseen weather condition and road traffic, delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time .
3. Kindly ensure that someone can receive the helium balloons during delivery time. Re-delivery and charges will incur if nobody can receive on behalf.
4. Strictly no refund/exchange once the balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery. Partyday will not be responsible for customers balloons once it is collected and checked to be in good condition.
